I graduated from Galena high-school. Went to Coffeyville Community College on a power lifting scholarship. I've been eager to give back to my community and the surrounding areas ever since I was a kid. What better way to do that, than with a business that focuses on health and wellness.

Hello there my name is Courtney Ingram and I have been in the Training space for the last 10yrs, sports training specifically!
Having the chance to play sports as a child and going on to play Collegiate basketball at Pittsburg State D2 (Kansas) I was fortunate to get involved in basketball training in 2015 and take the passion for Sports and development to the next level.

I have been blessed to have been able to cater to over 3000+ students (OF ALL AGES) Elementary, MiddleSchool, High-school, College and Professional over the last decade and don’t look to slow down any time soon!

My perspective is deeply shaped by motherhood—as a mom of five, I've spent over a decade navigating fitness through pregnancy and postpartum. I'm passionate about helping women reconnect with their strength, especially postpartum, and I'm dedicated to empowering all individuals to feel strong and confident in their bodies.

I’m originally from Montrose, Missouri where I grew up understanding the value of hard work, discipline, and integrity. After high school, I served 8 years in the United States Marine Corps as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic. During that time I learned the importance of consistency, accountability, and always striving to be better than I was the day before. Those core values continue to guide me both in and out of the gym.

Fitness didn’t just become a hobby, it became a way to live with purpose. Training taught me how to push through challenges, show up even when it’s hard, and build a mindset strong enough to carry me through anything life throws my way. That’s the same mindset I hope to instill in others.

I have always loved food and I definitely have a sweet tooth, so I’ve made it a personal mission to create simple, delicious recipes that support a healthy lifestyle without feeling restrictive.

As your trainer, I will be there when motivation fades and will hold you accountable to the goals you’ve set for yourself. I love working with busy people who want fitness to be sustainable and realistic, not overwhelming. My clients know me for bringing high energy, being a little loud, and always cheering them on.
