I am a graduate of Chetopa High School, where I excelled as a multi-sport athlete, competing in football, basketball, baseball, and track & field. I was very active and passionate about playing sports, and I knew early on that I wanted to pursue a career in this field. To further my education, I enrolled in the ISSA Personal Training Course. Over the years, through playing sports and working with various coaches, my knowledge and passion for this lifestyle have grown exponentially.

My primary goal is to assist others in building the life they aspire to live. Whether you aim for weight loss, muscle growth, improved athletic performance, or simply desire a solid foundation to feel comfortable in the gym and in your own skin, I am dedicated to supporting and challenging you. Hello! I’m Jowa Zamarripa, I’m originally from Commerce Oklahoma but now live in Miami! I played football and did powerlifting throughout my high school years! A few years ago I started my own fitness journey and lost a total of 154lbs (345-191) from  from my biggest to smallest over a 2-3 year span! Doing my own weightloss and fitness journey inspired me to want to help others that believe it’s impossible to achieve a better and healthier lifestyle!
