Caston Mallett
We don’t rise to the level of our expectations, we fall to the level of our training.
I’m originally from Montrose, Missouri where I grew up understanding the value of hard work, discipline, and integrity. After high school, I served 8 years in the United States Marine Corps as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic. During that time I learned the importance of consistency, accountability, and always striving to be better than I was the day before. Those core values continue to guide me both in and out of the gym.
Fitness didn’t just become a hobby, it became a way to live with purpose. Training taught me how to push through challenges, show up even when it’s hard, and build a mindset strong enough to carry me through anything life throws my way. That’s the same mindset I hope to instill in others.
My goal is to help you build strength, confidence, and discipline, inside and outside the gym. I offer one-on-one training and class instruction designed to support and challenge you as you grow.

The quality of the gym equipment is very nice. The lighting is perfect. Easy access to each equipment lots of things to do. Lots of equipment for everyone so they’re no problem with working out when theirs a bite of people. Ended a very well put gym to say myself.

Great facility, even better crew!
