I’ve been coming to this gym since it has opened. The staff are friendly and alway willing to help. All the machines are kept clean and serviced. If there is ever an issue with anything it is promptly addressed. Looking by forward to many more years of excellency.

Great equipment and atmosphere, love the music. I can go mid morning or mid afternoon and avoid the crowd. Mike seems very knowledgeable also. He gave me some pointers on how to do bicep curls without stressing my forearms and it worked. Will definitely renew my membership.
